217 Interview Schedule for Measuring Achievement Oriented Child Rearing Practice By Manju Mehta (Hindi / English): Four items related to each of the following orientation were prepared. Activistic-passivistic-orientation, present-future orientation, individualistic-femilistic orientation. Various achievement and independence related demands were found to be made at different age levels varying from 2 years to 15 years. The question used in second try out in the final schedule, for knowing mothers standard of age for achievement and independence demands.

218 Sinha Anxiety Scale By Durganand Sinha (Hindi / English): The test consists of 100 items, all in positive form, taken from following ten areas - Health, appearance and injury, Area of ambition, Family anxieties, Friendship and love anxieties, Social relations and approval, Worrries of future, Worries of civilisation, war, virtue, Guilt and shame, Physical and physiological manifestations and Psychological manifestations. 227 Disability Assessment Scale by P.B. Behere & K. Tiwari. (Hindi): This is a scale for assessment of disability in psychiatric patients. Constructed and standardized for Indian population in Hindi, it has items covering personal, social, occupational, physical and general disabilities. This scale contains 46 items and has 4- point rating, ranging from 0 to 3. The scale was statistically tried for two types of reliability, viz, split-half and testretest. The validity has been ascertained against the criteria of global clinical rating and other similar scales. The norms have been provided.
